LaneRow Buildings are not timber frame! We use ultra low U-value and building compliant SIPs, which have a timber or Glu-lam structure. We design some of the most thermally insulated buildings on the market. Our building experience gives us knowledge and attention to build details not found with many other companies. What are SIPs?
SIPs are Structurally Insulated Panels. Made in the UK a panel combines two skins of strong OSB board with a special injected foam core to give strength and insulation. SIPs are starting to replace old build methods and offer better insulation, quicker build times and healthier structures. SIPs are now used to build houses, commercial buildings and garden rooms. Often a SIPs garden room will have higher insulation qualities than the house it sits beside!

We wanted a garden room as part of makeover of our garden. Paul and Simon from Lanerow were excellent from start to finish. They helped us every step of the way from design decisions, electrics, lights, decoration, etc. The garden room is built from SIPs , to ensure good insulation and Paul and Simon are extremely conscientious, taking great pride in their work, which shows in the end result. We are extremely happy with the end result of a multi use room, built to a very hight standard , which we can use all year round. Paul and Simon are very knowledgable, friendly and hard working and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks guys!

If you want a garden room with a top quality finish, configured to your exact needs and built to last many, many years then these are you guys. Simon and Paul take a very measured, detailed approach to building garden rooms out of SiPs panels, using carefully selected suppliers and in consultation with you from start to finish to make sure it is perfect. They take pride in their product and this shows. I had my room built over winter which was a challenge but they worked through almost all weather conditions to keep progress up and despite some supplier delays due to Brexit managed to complete in good time. Very happy, a multifunctional room that can be used all year round and is an investment that will pay back if I sell the house. On top of it all they are lovely people too! Highly recommend!
