At LaneRow we design everything in house and prepare our kits to meet building standards just like a domestic house. Our buildings are all year permanent buildings and not insulated sheds or kit garden rooms. At LaneRow we use a minimum 1.2m screw pile and 100mm SIPS floor, 100mm SIPs walls and 150mm SIPs roof. This gives a highly insulated building but as importantly it gives very high airtightness which is often not achievable with timber frame.

We build SIPs buildings up to building standards level, structurally designed, with details such as, fire regulations adherence, insulation and airtight values, top and bottom vented wood cladding, 100mm insulated-air tight floor, our buildings are built to last and require only .05-1KW heater to heat a standard 12-18m2 building.Due to our air tight buildings there is no internal condensation or moisture due to cold spots or moisture ingress from outside. As well as a solid highly insulated structure, we offer Larch cladding(double face fixed with stainless screws to ensure no twisting) and a bespoke aluminum fascia. Our doors and windows are high quality aluminum double glazed, made in the UK. We believe we have one of the most highly insulated SIPs buildings built to the highest standard and accuracy.

At LaneRow, we spend a great deal of time in the design, specification and offer stage for your project and our offers are detailed, broken down itemised lines with costs of each line so clients are able to see cost breakdown and change out items as required, such as internal floor, external cladding, etc. We are a small local company who rely on our reviews and close contact and the relationship we build with each client..
